One-Time Setup Fees:
Listing Coordination:

Listing Transaction
Coordination: $200+/listing (depending on task list)

Invoiced based on listing
date (i.e., all listings received in January will be billed February
1st, due upon receipt).

Standard listings include
tasks such as: photo enhancements and prep, add listing to agent
website, SettlementRoom transaction initiation, seller intro letter,
extract listings docs to PDF and upload to SettlementRoom, Realtor.com
showcase listing enhancement, ad tracker recording (i.e., ProQuest,
ArchTelecom, AdTraker, etc.), build and/or enhance virtual tour, virtual
tour uplinks, marketing flyer, just listed/just sold postcards, Internet
marketing portals by request, etc.

Transaction Coordination:

Buyer/Seller Transaction
Coordination: $295+/transaction (depending on
task list)

Collected through the title
or closing company at the time contract goes to settlement/closing, and
paid directly to designated Coordinator.

Escrow drop fee: If listing
falls out of escrow, there will be a $90 - $125 processing fee in lieu of the
transaction fee, billed by invoice, determined by escrow timeline.

List2CloseTeam client offices receive discount, paid through escrow,
determined per Broker.
