Here is a Sample Pricing Structure to give you a general idea.

Listing Coordination based on the Sample Listing Task List

Transaction Coordination based on the Sample Transaction Task List

 

Costs will vary depending on your personalized task lists.  Vendor fees additional.

 

One-Time Setup Fees:

Virtual Office Setup: $125+ (depending on client requirements)

bullet

Includes SettlementRoom branding banner creation/upload and team setup,  Virtual Office configuration of your choice, client-specific email account creation, etc.

bullet

Transaction Coordination Task List Setup: $125+ (depending on client requirements)

bulletFlat fee to setup a task list for all agents in your office. This task list will be personalized by the Broker for the whole office.
bulletListing Coordination Setup: $125+ (depending on client requirements)
bulletDepending on services required or already setup. Includes listing task lists and any of the following: Flier template design, virtual tour brokerage account creation, postcard account/template creation, Realtor.com control panel recommended updates, website assistance, etc.

 

Listing Coordination:

Listing Transaction Coordination: $200+/listing (depending on task list)

bullet

Invoiced based on listing date (i.e., all listings received in January will be billed February 1st, due upon receipt).

bullet

Standard listings include tasks such as: photo enhancements and prep, add listing to agent website, SettlementRoom transaction initiation, seller intro letter, extract listings docs to PDF and upload to SettlementRoom, Realtor.com showcase listing enhancement, ad tracker recording (i.e., ProQuest, ArchTelecom, AdTraker, etc.), build and/or enhance virtual tour, virtual tour uplinks, marketing flyer, just listed/just sold postcards, Internet marketing portals by request, etc.

Client responsible for vendor fees.

 

Transaction Coordination:

Buyer/Seller Transaction Coordination: $295+/transaction (depending on task list)

bullet

Collected through the title or closing company at the time contract goes to settlement/closing, and paid directly to designated Coordinator.

bullet

Escrow drop fee: If listing falls out of escrow, there will be a $90 - $125 processing fee in lieu of the transaction fee, billed by invoice, determined by escrow timeline.

Dual Agency transactions via List2CloseTeam client offices receive discount, paid through escrow, determined per Broker.
