If you're not a company, who will I be paying for services?

We have several listing and transaction coordinators to serve you. You will be partnered with the specialists of your choice, or those that will serve you best depending on tasks involved in your personal task list, time zone preferences, etc. 

Each individual provider will invoice you directly, and all offer convenient payment methods.

What's the first step?

Contact us!  We'll walk you through the process. First, we'll want to talk to you about your specific needs. Based on those needs, we'll establish the best pricing plan that reflects your personal tasks. Then, we'll send you an Agreement and we'll begin!

How much do you charge?

Charges are based upon individual task lists. Some clients may require assistance with only a few tasks, while others will want us to handle everything!  We have put together a sample Pricing Overview for your convenience

What if I need additional services such as desktop publishing to design my flyers, postcards, open house welcome tents, etc. Are you able to provide these services?

Yes!  We have a team of very diversified talent!  Services outside your standard task lists can be billed at an hourly rate determined by the VA for the specific task needed.
